Free PNG, JPG and PDF to CAD / DXF
Upload a drawing, recognize text and fit regular geometry, then preview the actual result and download editable DXF. No software installation is required; guests can start without an account.
How free conversion works
Select a file and confirm drawing rights and retention → submit the conversion → compare the result with the source → download DXF and calibrate scale.
Formats and daily allowances
The free tool accepts PNG, JPG/JPEG and PDF files up to 1 MB, processing one selected PDF page per conversion. Guests get 1 conversion per IP per day; signed-in accounts get 3. Allowances reset at 00:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8); failed jobs return the allowance. Network abuse-prevention limits also apply.
What to check in the DXF
The tool extracts native PDF text and uses local OCR with automatic script detection for multilingual scans. Regular strokes and dot sequences are fitted to lines, circles and arcs when possible; unresolved parts remain as outlines. Review the recognized text and geometry. Dimensions are not associative. PNG/JPG use source pixels; PDF uses paper millimetres. Engineering scale needs calibration. Free output is not a guarantee of manufacturing accuracy.
When refinement helps
For geometry cleanup, editable text, dimensions or organized layers, request an assessment for AI-assisted refinement with human review. Achievable results, scope and pricing are confirmed per drawing. Assessment samples can be up to 10 MB; the free converter remains limited to 1 MB.
File retention
Online source files, results and previews are deleted 30 minutes after task creation. Private review copies are deleted after 48 hours. Download and keep your own copy in time.
